crmPack

crmPack is a toolkit for model-based dose-escalation designs in phase I trials. It supports a broad range of Bayesian CRM-style approaches and related extensions, with enough flexibility to explore both standard and more specialized dose-finding settings.

I contribute to the development team of crmPack. The package is useful for implementing, comparing, and adapting modern dose-escalation methods in a way that is much closer to methodological practice than rule-based designs alone.
